Strategy Forge is a code generation tool that converts user-provided text descriptions, YouTube video content, or PDF documents into TradingView PineScript code using AI technology.

- You will not hold Strategy Forge liable for any financial losses
- You are of legal age to trade in your jurisdiction
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
5. Credits and Payments
- New users receive 30 free credits upon registration
- Credits are used to generate PineScript code and use AI features
- Purchased credits and subscriptions are non-refundable
- Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active
- Subscription credits are added monthly and do not roll over
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice
6. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain ownership of any trading ideas or strategies you input into our service. The generated PineScript code based on your input belongs to you.
Our Service: The Strategy Forge platform, including its design, features, and underlying technology, remains the property of Strategy Forge.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the service
- Share your account credentials with others
- Resell generated code as an automated service
- Use the service to generate malicious or harmful code
- Abuse the service in any way that degrades performance for other users
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STRATEGY FORGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
THIS SPECIFICALLY INCLUDES ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES FROM TRADING ACTIVITIES.We are a code generation tool, not a financial advisor. All trading carries risk, and you should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
10. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, unused credits will not be refunded.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
